On the heels of a bitterly disappointing first season in the Premier League, Radamel Falcao has at least one supporter who believes he can return to the elite levels on English soil.

Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho revealed his disappointment at the perception throughout the country about Falcao's reputation as a bust following a season in which the Colombian striker only managed four goals in 26 league appearances with Manchester United.

The Portuguese manager also provided the strongest indication that Falcao could return to the Premier League with the league champions after expressing a willingness to repair the striker's image.

"If I can help Falcao reach his level again, I will do it," Mourinho told DirecTV Sports, courtesy of Sky Sports.

"It hurts me that people in England think that the real Falcao is the one we saw at Manchester United."

A move to Stamford Bridge would likely mean AS Monaco would have to agree to loan Falcao out for a second straight year.
