Clippers' Dahntay Jones denies beef between Chris Paul and DeAndre Jordan

Dahntay Jones is shutting down rumors of a rift in the Los Angeles Clippers squad.

After reports of a falling out between teammates DeAndre Jordan and Chris Paul surfaced not even 24 hours after the Clippers were tossed from the playoffs, the L.A. shooting guard maintains that the pair are close, like family.

"Those guys are brothers, man," Jones told TMZ. "They sit with each other on the plane, on the bus. If you don't like a guy you stay away from him."

According to Jones, the media is exaggerating in-game arguments. "Guys fight and argue on the court, but that's just the emotion of the game," Jones explained. "People want to blow things out of proportion."

There you have it. There is no locker room dissent forcing Jordan towards free agency in July. Actually, Jones claims he and his teammates hope for his return.

"Everyone here wants DeAndre back," said Jones. "No other center can do what he does for us."
