Report: Eagles' Fletcher Cox, Mychal Kendricks, Evan Mathis viewed as trade chips
Philadelphia Eagles defensive end Fletcher Cox, linebacker Mychal Kendricks and offensive tackle Evan Mathis are all viewed as potential trade pieces by other teams, according to Albert Breer of NFL Media.
Breer said two teams have spoken with the Eagles about the three players.
The report comes just a day after NFL Media's Ian Rapoport reported that Eagles cornerback Brandon Boykin is also on the trading block.
Quarterback Sam Bradford has also been mentioned as a possible trade chip.
Eagles coach Chip Kelly has shown a willingness to move on from veteran players this offseason, just about completely overhauling the team's roster in a matter of months.
Cox was one of the biggest Pro Bowl snubs this past season, accumulating a career-high 61 tackles to go along with 4.0 sacks. The team recently exercised his fifth-year option.
The Eagles are rumored to be interested in moving up to the No. 2 spot in the draft to select quarterback Marcus Mariota. Kelly recruited Mariota to Oregon during his time with the Ducks.
