The Tennessee Titans selected running back David Cobb out of Minnesota in the fifth round of the 2015 NFL Draft.

Strengths
- An efficient, downhill chain-mover with a low center of gravity. Churns out yards.
- Breaks tackles. A significant percentage of his total yardage at Minnesota came after first contact.
- Fits both zone and power-running schemes.
Weaknesses
- Lacks speed. 40-yard dash time at scouting combine was poor.
- Struggles running the ball outside the tackles.
- Must improve as a pass protector. Despite his size, he graded out as one of the worst pass blockers in his draft class. [Pro Football Focus]
