VIDEO: Referee Joey Crawford shows off his hops

Joey Crawford is one of the NBA's most veteran and well-respected officials.

The 63-year-old also seems to enjoy stealing some of the spotlight from the players he's officiating, as he reminded Nikola Mirotic and Co. in Chicago on Sunday.

Notice that official No. 20 - who actually got Mirotic's attention first - took a much more professional approach to halting the free throw attempt.

This isn't the first time an NBA ref has taken to the air to prevent a free throw attempt.

Nevertheless, there aren't many players, let alone officials, as animated as Crawford.
