At the end of each day at the NFL Scouting Combine, theScore runs down the players who improved their draft stock and those who may have hurt their standing in the eyes of NFL scouts.

Stock Up

Vic Beasley, DE, Clemson

The standout from the entire combine may be Beasley who put up stunning numbers across the board. After leading all defensive linemen and linebackers in the bench press, with 35 reps, Beasley ran a 4.53 40, jumped a 41-inch vertical and 10-feet-10 inches in the broad jump.

He is now a part of the equation in the top-10 of April's draft in a talented class of pass rushers.

Bud Dupree, DE, Kentucky

Dupree essentially called his shot before the combine, putting up the numbers he said he would. He only competed in the 40, vertical and broad jumps but that was all he needed to do to impress scouts with his athleticism.

He may have moved ahead of Randy Gregory, who came in under weight and ran much slower than Dupree in the 40. With Dupree's physical tools on display it will be hard to overlook him as a pure edge rusher.

Danny Shelton, DT, Washington

The proverbial dancing bear showed off his stuff by running well and jumping a 30.5" vertical. For a 339-pound man that is impressive, and he showed off his strength too, with 34 reps in the bench press.

Shelton is the top defensive tackle in a group with a handful of big, strong, athletic tackles. He proved nimble on his feet and to put that with his game tape he did enough to move up some draft boards.

Stock Down

Paul Dawson, LB, TCU

The man who saw his stock fall most so far at the combine has to be TCU's Paul Dawson. The presumptive best inside linebacker in the draft faltered in the drills.

He ran a 4.93 40, was middle of the pack in the bench press, finished dead last in the vertical jump and third last in the broad jump. But, to his credit he tweeted out an explanation.

Shane Ray, DE, Missouri

By virtue of not being able to workout, Ray took a mini step back. Though, only because guys like Dupree and Beasley performed so well. He still has a pro day workout to wow scouts with but the unlucky nature of injuries may cost him a few spots in the draft.
