Pelicans' Ryan Anderson suffers right knee sprain, will have MRI on Sunday

It was a costly first half of basketball for the New Orleans Pelicans against the Miami Heat on Saturday night.
Minutes after losing superstar power forward Anthony Davis to a recurring shoulder injury, the Pelicans saw small forward Ryan Anderson go down with a right knee sprain.
Anderson got his leg twisted up when his foot was stepped on as he landed after a rebound attempt. He remained on the floor for several minutes and had to be helped off the court and into the locker room.
He was ruled out for the remainder of the game, and will have an MRI on Sunday.
