One of the top pass-rush prospects in this year's class will have to wait for his pro day to work out for NFL scouts.
Missouri's Shane Ray is reportedly dealing with an injury and will not participate in on-field drills at the NFL Scouting Combine on Sunday, according to Chase Goodbread of NFL Network.
It's an unfortunate break for Ray, who could have been one of this year's combine stars, but strong performances at future workouts should help him to maintain his early first-round draft projection.
Ray was named the 2014 SEC Defensive Player of the Year after putting up 14.5 sacks and 47 tackles as a redshirt junior.
