Stars' Kari Lehtonen suffers concussion, to miss a couple days
Dallas Stars goaltender Kari Lehtonen suffered a "mild" concussion Monday night in a crease collision and will be inactive for the next couple days to follow NHL protocol, per the Dallas Morning News.
He was replaced two minutes into the final frame by backup Anders Lindback.
Lehtonen missed time last season to follow the same precaution following a collision with Erik Haula.
