You'd be hard-pressed to find a more entertaining one-on-one matchup than LeBron James versus Paul George.
The two superstars took turns dunking on each other early Sunday at The Q, and with the stakes heightened late, each man put his team on his back.

James ultimately outdueled his fellow All-Star, notching a triple-double of 41 points, 16 rebounds, and 11 dimes (all team highs), plus two steals and a block in leading the Cleveland Cavaliers to a 135-130 win in double overtime.
PG-13 was no slouch, either. He carried the Indiana Pacers, especially in the second OT when he poured in 13 of his 43 points. He also chipped in nine rebounds, nine assists, and three steals, but his squad couldn't make any ground in the tight East playoff race, where the Pacers sit ninth.
