Hurricanes' Lack stretchered off after collision with Athanasiou

Carolina Hurricanes netminder Eddie Lack was stretchered out of Monday's game against the Detroit Red Wings after a collision with forward Andreas Athanasiou.
The play occurred in overtime, as Athanasiou drove to the net and collided with Lack. Athanasiou scored the game-winning goal on the play.
Lack did give a thumbs up as he was wheeled off

Both teams surrounded Lack as the Hurricanes' medical staff readied Lack for the stretcher.
