Victor Hedman played the role of hero for the Tampa Bay Lightning in Tuesday's win over the Ottawa Senators.
Having already earned a single point after pushing the game to overtime, the Lightning earned the all-important extra point thanks to their franchise defenseman, who continues to play the best hockey of his career.
