Charles Barkley thinks LaVar Ball should leave the talking to his son.

After Barkley criticized LaVar for claiming his son, UCLA freshman Lonzo Ball, is better than two-time MVP Stephen Curry, the elder Ball fired back on "The Herd" with, "If Charles thought like me, maybe he'd win a championship."

Barkley was asked about the comment while at a media event for TNT and CBS' NCAA tournament in New York City, and said he doesn't agree with parents being interviewed about their children's accomplishments.

"Your son's life is his life, it's not yours," Barkley said. "No matter what his son accomplished, it's not his. So I wish his son nothing but the best, kid's a hell of a player. But I don't like when parents interject."

He then added, "I didn't win a championship, I tell you what, I'm alright. I will compare my exploits to Mr. Ball's any time."
