Watch: Crane stays clean despite hitting from water hazard

Jason Getz-USA TODAY Sports

On Friday at the Honda Classic, Shawn Stefani stripped down to play his second shot from the water after pulling a tee shot.

Ben Crane found himself in similar trouble in Saturday's third round at the par-4 16th hole.

Crane's approach shot landed in the water hazard, but with the ball not fully submerged, he decided to play it while still clothed.

The five-time PGA Tour winner managed to chop the ball onto the putting surface, leaving a seven-foot putt for par.

Most impressive for Crane was his ability to stay completely clean and protect his very bright white and yellow outfit.

Unfortunately, he missed the putt for par.
