Everything's working for the Washington Capitals.
After watching a 4-1 lead evaporate versus the Anaheim Ducks on Saturday, Caps rookie Zach Sanford ensured the ball stayed rolling, netting his first NHL goal with 2:39 to go in the third period.
The win was the Capitals 12th straight at home, bringing their record to 24-5-1 at the Verizon Center for the season.
