Zlatan Ibrahimovic doubled Manchester United's lead over Leicester City on Sunday to become the oldest player - at 35 years and 125 days - to ever score 15 goals in a Premier League season.

Ibrahimovic's record-breaking goal came less than two minutes after Henrikh Mkhitaryan opened the scoring in the 42nd minute at the King Power Stadium.

Along with becoming the first United player to score 20 goals in all competitions since Robin van Persie hit the mark during the 2012-13 campaign, the Swedish forward has now scored 20 goals in his last 10 successive seasons.

Juan Mata added to Leicester's misery shortly after halftime when his close-range strike gave United a 3-0 lead.
