Tomlin promises 'selfish' Brown will be punished for live stream

Pittsburgh Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin called wideout Antonio Brown's decision to live stream video from the team's locker room on Sunday "regrettable," and said Brown will be punished.

Brown streamed a lengthy video on Facebook after Pittsburgh beat the Kansas City Chiefs in the divisional round. In the video, Tomlin can be heard calling the New England Patriots - the Steelers' upcoming opponent - "assholes."

"It was foolish of him to do that, selfish and inconsiderate. It was violation of our policy, league policy," Tomlin said of Brown, according to Ed Bouchette of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette.

Brown is reportedly facing NFL discipline for using social media within the window that prohibits players from doing so. Tomlin pledged that Pittsburgh will punish Brown internally, regardless of what the NFL does.

"I will see him at some point and when I do, I will address it," Tomlin said.

Tomlin even suggested that Brown's actions could impact his future with the Steelers, suggesting that such behavior is why certain great players move from team to team throughout their career.

Tomlin also apologized for his own language in the video, saying, "As a parent, as a member of the community I take that very seriously. I issue an apology in that regard."
