Alabama bus leaves Lane Kiffin behind ... again
Following Alabama's win in the national championship game last year, Lane Kiffin was left behind at the stadium by the team buses.
Well, it happened again Thursday after the Crimson Tide's media day for the Peach Bowl, with the team departing from the Georgia Dome to its downtown hotel without the 41-year-old.
"Yep, got left again," Kiffin joked with ESPN's Chris Low.
The Alabama offensive coordinator, who will leave for his new role as Florida Atlantic head coach after the season, was the last person from the school's group to give interviews Thursday, and by the time he was finished all the team buses had departed.
Kiffin has a history of odd experiences during team trips, as he was infamously fired by USC on the tarmac as the team prepared to fly back to Los Angeles.
