Toews ruled out vs. Ducks

Jonathan Toews will have some time off this Thanksgiving weekend.
The Chicago Blackhawks captain will not be in the lineup Friday afternoon versus the San Jose Sharks, according to multiple reports.
Toews was injured in Wednesday's loss to the Sharks, and head coach Joel Quenneville revealed it was an upper-body ailment at the time, though he didn't provide specifics.
However, Quenneville did reveal Toews' status is also in question for Saturday's contest against the Kings.
As for tomorrow's game, Q said, "We'll see."

The 28-year-old has only missed three games in the past two seasons, and his absence leaves a major gap in the center of Chicago's game plan.
In 21 games this season, Toews has notched 12 points.
