Man sets world record with incredible 593-foot basketball shot

Australian YouTubers How Ridiculous are taking basketball trick shots to new heights - literally.

The team of Brett Stanford, Derek Herron, and Scott Gaunson set a Guinness World Record on Sept. 26 for the greatest height from which a basketball is shot with a 593-foot throw from the top of Switzerland's Mauvoisin Dam. Remarkably, it only took them three attempts to make the shot.
