Ducks part ways with Mason Raymond

The Anaheim Ducks have released winger Mason Raymond from his contract.

Raymond was recently assigned to the team's AHL affiliate but didn't report, citing family reasons, the team confirmed.

Playing on a one-year, $675,000 deal, Raymond failed to record a point in four games this season.
