Introducing the NBA All-Vine team
The NBA was always ahead of its time when it came to video sharing. The league allowed for its product to be easily distributed across platforms like Vine, which in turn fueled the league's dominance on social media.
Some players, whose games translated perfectly to bite-sized video highlights, owe much of their fame to the soon-to-be-defunct platform.
Here's the NBA All-Vine team:
PG: Russell Westbrook
The only way to watch Russell Westbrook is on a loop, because it takes a few viewings to truly appreciate what he's capable of. You're left awestruck.
SG: J.R. Smith
J.R. Smith's entire life is a continuous series of Vine-able moments.
Here's Smith riding a Phunkeeduck as he arrives for the 2015 NBA Finals.

And finally, here's Smith at his absolute best.
SF: Lance Stephenson
Stephenson nearly got left off the All-NBA Vine team, but he popped up out of nowhere to land the small forward spot.
Seriously, there was no way Stephenson was going to miss the cut.
PF: LeBron James
LeBron James is as versatile on Vines as he is on the court. He brings the highest of highlights and the lowest of lowlights.

James also inspired possibly the greatest Vine of all time:
C: Tyler Hansbrough
Tyler Hansbrough manages to express so much emotion through his eyes - especially fear.
Watch how the fury in his sockets quickly burns out into terror after confronting Metta World Peace.
And again when he realized his defensive assignment was 7-foot-3 center Boban Marjanovic.
6th Man: Dion Waiters
Dion Waiters wouldn't be denied. He begged and begged until he got on as the sixth man of the All-Vine team.
Coach: Randy Wittman
Bradley Beal's face in the background says it all: Randy Wittman was born to coach the All-Vine team.
