Allen Hurns (JAC) | vs. OAK | 9.2 | 49K | 8 |

Mike Wallace (BAL) | at NYJ | 11.9 | 45K | 8 |
The matchup between the Raiders and Jaguars could be a bloodbath through the air. No team has been more anemic against opponents' passing than Oakland, which bodes well for Robinson and his slightly underachieving teammate Hurns. Either Allen can be of worth, though pairing Hurns with Edelman or Jackson in favorable matchups provides more variety.
Evans is back after the Buccaneers' bye week and is still the league leader in average targets per game with 12. Volume should yield positive results, though his workload could be limited if Tampa Bay gets out to an early lead. Kerley is a bargain in the same game as he kept getting targets despite the 49ers switching QBs in Week 6. Playing from behind will work to his benefit.

Only two WRs have eclipsed 100 yards against the Chargers: T.Y. Hilton and Amari Cooper. Jones could join that group fairly easily, but his salary means you're counting on it. It could be a trap game, too, though the Chargers have been involved in many a shootout. Hilton is tied for second in average targets. That consistency makes him a cash game staple.
Other than one week, Landry has been the Dolphins' top receiving option by a landslide. He's still not the best scoring option, but he's QB Ryan Tannehill's favorite target and that's not changing against Buffalo.

Cooks had a massive Week 6, and it's unlikely he comes close to matching that output. Saints QB Drew Brees is not as effective away from the Superdome and it limits Cooks' otherwise elite upside. Steer clear of every receiver in the Denver-Houston matchup. They are top two in fewest receiving yards allowed per week. An RB-heavy day should be expected.
Diggs is expected to return from injury, but the Eagles have allowed the fourth-fewest passing yards per game along with only five passing TDs to date. Avoid Pryor unless he gets the go ahead. He's the only viable option in Cleveland's receiving game.
