DeSean Jackson raised a fist during the national anthem ahead of the Washington Redskins' last game, but plans to make an even bigger statement in their next contest.
According to TMZ Sports, the wide receiver plans to wear custom cleats with police tape emblazoned on them during pregame warmups and perhaps during Sunday's game against the Cleveland Browns as well.
"I've seen enough yellow caution tape and it's time for a stand and a change in our community and society," the California native told TMZ.
He also hinted at having even bigger plans in store.
"I am also coming up with a master plan to start a movement," he said.
