Value Rankings
C | 1B/DH | 2B | SS | 3B | OF | SP
Top Options
NAME | OPPONENT | VALUE |
---|---|---|
Jose Peraza (CIN) | vs. CHC | 8 |
Dansby Swanson (ATL) | vs. DET | 8 |
Jonathan Villar (MIL) | at COL | 8 |
Peraza had a day off Tuesday. Hopefully, that won't cool off his bat which has hit .368 in the second half of the season. Combined with his stolen base potential, Peraza is an option in both cash and tournament play.
Swanson was a home run shy of the cycle on Wednesday. He also added a stolen base in that performance. At a mid-tier price, his talent level is a steal.

Mid-Tier Targets
NAME | OPPONENT | VALUE |
---|---|---|
Elvis Andrus (TEX) | vs. TB | 7 |
Carlos Correa (HOU) | at LAA | 6 |
Chris Owings (ARI) | vs. SD | 6 |
Andrus and Owings offer strong cash game plays thanks to heir lofty batting averages. Andrus, however, gets the better ranking. He's hit .438 in his past 10 games.
Correa has shown little of the power he displayed last season. He has just 20 homers in 151 games compared to 22 in 99 last season. Luckily, he's registered a hit in four straight and gets a favorable matchup against SP Daniel Wright.

Nothing to See Here
NAME | OPPONENT | VALUE |
---|---|---|
Corey Seager (LAD) | at SF | 4 |
Danny Espinosa (WAS) | vs. MIA | 3 |
Francisco Lindor (CLE) | at KC | 2 |
Despite a nice drop in price, Seager should still be faded against LHP Madison Bumgarner. The Giants' ace has struck out Seager five times in eight career at-bats. Furthermore, Seager has hit just eight of his 26 homers on the road and has never gone yard in 11 games at AT&T Park.
