Sidney Crosby came to play.
After Canada killed off a rather listless power play opportunity for Russia early in the first period of Saturday's World Cup semifinal, the captain took matter into his own hands with an unassisted backhand marker past Sergei Bobrovsky.
The goal was Crosby's third in four games during the tournament.
