Cristiano Ronaldo reminded everyone that he can still find the net with a free-kick, curling home a sumptuous effort against Sporting Lisbon in the latter stages of Wednesday's Champions League contest.

The goal was followed shortly after by Alvaro Morata's 94th-minute winner, as Real Madrid overturned a 1-0 deficit with two late tallies.
The Portuguese superstar, who spent his formative years at both the youth and senior level with Sporting, refused to celebrate after beating compatriot and national team goalkeeper Rui Patricio.
