Luis Alberto, brought to Liverpool by Brendan Rodgers, is saying goodbye to Anfield.

On Wednesday, Alberto completed a permanent transfer to Lazio from Liverpool. Per James Pearce of the Liverpool Echo, the deal is valued at an initial £6 million, as the Reds will bank £4.3 million up front, plus add-ons and 30 percent of the Spanish midfielder's sell-on clause.

Alberto joined Liverpool from Sevilla in 2013 for a reported fee of £6.8 million, but failed to settle at Merseyside. He didn't start any Premier League fixtures during his first year at Anfield, spent the 2014-15 season on season-long loan with Malaga CF, and spent the 2015-16 campaign on loan at Deportivo La Coruna.
