Brendan Galloway will call The Hawthorns home this season after joining West Brom on a season-long loan deal from Everton.
The deal, which doesn't include a recall clause, will run through the 2016-17 campaign.
"I'm delighted," Galloway told the West Brom website. "It’s a great club and I’m really looking forward to getting started.
"My aims are to play and work hard for the team and help win as many matches as I can, it’s all about winning.
"I think for me personally, it’s really important to gain more experience. Coming here is the perfect opportunity to do that.
The 20-year-old signed a five-year contract with Everton following his arrival from MK Dons in 2014.
Galloway could become a regular fixture in Tony Pulis' side following a successful 2015-16 season where he started 14 Premier League matches.
