Retired marshal pulls gun on man who allegedly stole his golf clubs

Retired fire marshal Donald Acree was caught on video pulling a gun on a man he believed stole his golf clubs.
The heated encounter started after Acree, 59, ran into the alleged thief in a parking lot as he carried the exact same clubs and bag as his, which had been stolen from LaFortune Park Golf Club in Tulsa, Okla., according to Golf.com.
Acree proceeded to threaten the man, identified as 24-year-old Devon Scott Montgomery, at gunpoint.
Montgomery was booked on a complaint of grand larceny and released a few hours later on $1,000 bond.
