Paul Pogba is now more expensive than all these things
A lot can be bought for €105 million. Just ask Manchester United, who spent that amount of money plus add-ons to sign Paul Pogba from Juventus, smashing the world-record transfer fee and making the French midfielder the most expensive footballer on the planet.
Pogba cost more than Real Madrid spent on Gareth Bale, who, according to Football Leaks, joined Los Blancos from Tottenham Hotspur for €100.7 million (£85.2 million) in what previously stood as the most expensive transfer fee in history.
But Pogba isn't just pricier than any other footballer in the world; his price tag exceeds the value of many clubs, as well as luxuries that most people can only dream of affording.

Marshall Islands' annual budget (€104.4 million)
The Marshall Islands, an island country in the central Pacific Ocean, doesn't need very much money to get by. According to the CIA's World Factbook, its annual budget for 2015 was €104.4 million (£88.2 million). Basically, United's signing of a human being was more than what a government pays to take care of 52,634 people.
Airbus A321 (€102.8 million)
If United needed a new plane for its upcoming travels in the Europa League, the Red Devils could have purchased an Airbus A321 for €102.8 million (£86.7 million).
Aston Villa (€90 million)
United could have bought a whole club rather than just one player, as Dr. Tony Xia, the owner of Recon Group, reportedly purchased Aston Villa for only €90 million (£76 million) this past June.
Picasso's 'Nude, Green Leaves and Bust' (€78.1 million)
When Pablo Picasso's "Nude, Green Leaves and Bust" sold for €78.1 million (£66 million) in New York City in 2010, it set a record for the most expensive artwork ever sold at an auction. But it may have sold for more if it had depicted Pogba.
The Oppenheimer Blue (€47.1 million)
Even the world's most expensive diamond doesn't compare to Pogba's transfer fee. The Oppenheimer Blue sold for €47.1 million (£39.8 million) at an auction, meaning United could have bought two for a cheaper cost than the French midfielder.
