Gators' Cleveland, Wells arrested for on-campus BB gun incident
Tyrie Cleveland and Rick Wells have yet to play a game for Florida, but their careers have gotten off to a negative start, as the freshman wide receivers were arrested over the weekend.
Both players are facing charges of criminal mischief and firing a "missile" into a dwelling/car/building after causing more than $1,000 damage in their residence by firing a BB gun, according to Edgar Thompson of the Orlando Sentinel. Both players were booked at 3:38 a.m. on two felony counts each.

Cleveland was a massive recruiting win for the Gators, as the nation's fourth-ranked receiver was committed to Houston before flipping to Florida at the last second. He's ranked as the 52nd overall prospect in the 2016 class and is expected to play a large role in Jim McElwain's offense. Wells is also a four-star recruit who elected to play close to his Jacksonville home.
The Gators start summer practice for the upcoming season Aug. 4.
