The club also revealed that Andros Townsend has agreed to join from Newcastle for a club-record £13-million transfer fee.
Despite being on international duty with France at Euro 2016, Mandanda managed to complete a medical ahead of the official announcement. He's expected to travel to London at the conclusion of France's campaign.
"I'm delighted that we have been able to bring Steve into the club," chairman Steve Parish said. "He brings a wealth of experience at both club and international level to us, and boasts a proven track record when it comes to winning trophies.
"I’m sure the Palace fans will enjoy watching him in action for us over the next few years."
The transfer brings an end to the 31-year-old's long career at Marseille, where he made 443 appearances over nine seasons.
