Watch: A-Gon follows bouncing ball for circus catch

Adrian Gonzalez made one of the most unorthodox catches in recent memory Thursday, with a grab that must be seen to be believed.

During the fifth inning of the Dodgers' game against the Nationals, Gonzalez followed Chase Utley into right field where the second baseman had ventured to chase down Joe Ross' foul pop fly. What happened next was simply spectacular.

A-Gon's quick instincts saw him not only adjust to the deflection off Utley's glove, but also recover his own bobble as the ball was just inches from the ground when he scooped it up for the jaw-dropping out.
