Cristiano Ronaldo finally found the back of the net at Euro 2016, and the goal came with a record.
The Portuguese scoring machine executed a spectacular back-heel flick in Wednesday's Group F finale against Hungary, and in the process became the first player ever to score in four separate European Championships.
The 31-year-old then doubled his tally with a confident header to level the score at 3-3.
But the records aren't done falling. Real Madrid's photogenic star is now on eight career goals at the European Championships - just one behind French icon Michel Platini, who owns the tournament's all-time scoring benchmark.
Everything seemed to have conspired against Ronaldo in Portugal's first two games of the tournament. He famously missed a penalty last Saturday against Austria and later saw another effort ruled offside.
