The Boston Celtics selected California's Jaylen Brown with the 3rd pick in the 2016 NBA Draft.
"I know Boston has a lot of history, a lot of tradition, and I want to add to that," Brown said.
Brown is heralded for his physical and athletic tools on both ends of the floor and is an above-average finisher around the rim. He averaged 14.6 points, 5.4 rebounds, and two assists during his freshman year with the Golden Bears.
The 19-year-old does have issues with his jump shot and taking care of the ball due to a perceived lack of focus.
