Van Gaal says 'it's over' amid reports Mourinho will be manager
Louis van Gaal's time as manager of Manchester United appears to be coming to an end after telling reporters "it's over" as he left the team's hotel Sunday.
The cryptic comment comes a day after the team's FA Cup triumph was overshadowed by reports that United will appoint former Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho as his replacement at Old Trafford.

As the gaffer spent time signing autographs and taking pictures with fans, he said, "No, no. It's over," in response to Sky News reporter James Cooper's good luck message.
So Louis has told me it's over. Whether that means the season, the meeting or his time at the club is not 100% clear.

Adding to speculation that Van Gaal will be replaced as manager is the team's decision to skip the traditional parade and celebrations that past FA Cup winners have shared with supporters. It was a decision the club made before Saturday's 2-1 win over Crystal Palace.
His time with the club, however, may not be over even if Mourinho is hired as his successor, as Cooper reports Van Gaal is considering the possibility of accepting a job "behind the scenes".
