Watch: Nyquist pulls away on home stretch to win Kentucky Derby

Nyquist is too good.
After American Pharoah stole the hearts of racegoers and fans alike a year ago, Nyquist is finding himself to be just as exciting. In Saturday's running of the 142nd Kentucky Derby, he found an opening in the home stretch and delivered his eighth consecutive victory, pushing his record to 8-0.
This is a major leap in his quest to win the Triple Crown. Nyquist is slated to run in the Preakness Stakes, set for May 21.
