11. Chicago Bears - Ezekiel Elliott, RB, Ohio State

The Bears may have some young potential in the offensive backfield, but that's not reason enough to pass up on a generational talent. Elliott will be a three-down contributor immediately upon making his NFL debut, and he'll have every opportunity to quickly establish himself as one of the league's top running backs.

12. New Orleans Saints - Sheldon Rankins, DT, Louisville

Rankins is a perfect fit for the three-technique spot on the Saints' 4-3 front. Both a stout run defender and explosive pass-rusher, his presence on the interior would upgrade a defense that's struggled in both areas of late.

13. Miami Dolphins (via PHI) - William Jackson III, CB, Houston

Byron Maxwell is unlikely to emerge as the long-term replacement for Brent Grimes. Jackson is an athletic cover cornerback with the size Miami will be looking for, and he'd likely challenge for a starting job as a rookie.

14. Oakland Raiders - Vernon Hargreaves III, CB, Florida

The Raiders were able to make a pair of additions to the defensive backfield in free agency, but cornerback should remain a priority at this spot. Hargreaves has the natural coverage ability to play both the slot and boundary.

15. Tennessee Titans (via L.A.) - Jack Conklin, OT, Michigan State

Tennessee still addressing the offensive line after a trade down makes plenty of sense. Conklin could line up at right tackle opposite Taylor Lewan, giving the Titans a pair of young lineman to best protect Marcus Mariota going forward.

16. Detroit Lions - Kevin Dodd, DE, Clemson

Dodd falling to this spot presents an interesting scenario for the Lions. There are more pressing needs elsewhere, particularly on the offensive front and at corner, but landing another pass-rusher to complement Ziggy Ansah could pay off in a big way.

17. Atlanta Falcons - Leonard Floyd, LB, Georgia

Floyd can take snaps both as an off-ball linebacker and in an edge-rush role across from 2015 first-round pick Vic Beasley. That versatility should be enticing to a Falcons team looking to rebuild its front seven.

18. Indianapolis Colts - Jarran Reed, DT, Alabama

Bolstering the defensive front is imperative for a Colts team that ranked 25th against the run last season. Whether he's lined up as a nose tackle or at the 5-technique, Reed can instantly be a force in that phase of the game.

19. Buffalo Bills - Reggie Ragland, LB, Alabama

Ragland going to the Bills has appeared to be a logical outcome for the majority of the pre-draft process. The reigning SEC Defensive Player of the Year is a strong fit for Rex Ryan's system, and this should also be a range in which he's considered among the best players available.

20. New York Jets - Taylor Decker, OL, Ohio State

With each of the top three quarterbacks off the board, the Jets opt for a potential long-term solution at offensive tackle. Decker would be able to start his career on the right side if Ryan Clady earns the left tackle job in camp.
