Bruce Irvin has yet to play a game as a member of the Oakland Raiders, but he's already among the team's most outspoken players on the topic of leaving the Bay Area:
Plesse lord don't let us go to Las Vegas!

Or maybe Irvin just hates Las Vegas?
"Sin City" has been floated as a possible new home for the Raiders, who are seeking a new stadium in Oakland and have threatened to leave, but several major impediments stand in the way of relocation (not the least of which is the NFL's long-standing opposition to gambling).
Relocating to Los Angeles in 2017 and sharing a stadium with the Rams is a much more likely outcome for the Raiders, as is a move to San Antonio. It's unclear if Irvin opposes those possibilities.
