Nerlens Noel may soon have more than just offseason workouts to worry about this summer.
The 21-year-old power forward is being sued after trashing the house he rented during his rookie season with the Sixers, producing thousands of dollars worth of damages, TMZ Sports reports.
Some of Noels' offenses include splashing Gatorade on the carpets, leaving marijuana throughout the house, and producing extreme water damage.
The home owners claim the damage repairs totaled $42,000, but are looking for excess of $75,000 after finding a tombstone with the words "RIP" written on it. The owners believe Noel was responsible for the message and are deeming it a death threat.
