NCAA bans Bret Bielema from watching Michigan practice at IMG

On Wednesday, Arkansas head coach Bret Bielema tweeted that he wanted to watch Michigan's practice at IMG Academy in Florida.
A day later, the NCAA put a rain check on that plan, saying it would be a violation.
Just found out from NCAA office we can't go to IMG open practice because in NCAA football it's a quiet period 😳

Maybe next year #Jamaica
What's weird about this is that Jim Harbaugh is allowed to take the Wolverines to practice in Florida, but college coaches aren't allowed to watch.
It seems like another loophole that no one knew about until now.
