Sun Devil Stadium will not allow tortillas this season

Football stadium security is serious business. 

Keeping the players, coaches, and fans safe is of paramount concern in such a frantic environment, and making sure any dangerous or distracting items aren't brought inside the building is an important step in the process.

Security at Arizona State's Sun Devil Stadium takes their jobs very seriously, and in an effort to make sure nobody is upset or hurt they have instituted a rule banning tortillas from the premises.

Yes, tortillas.

Arizona State fans have thrown tortillas toward the field during games, an odd decision and one that will clearly not be tolerated further.

Will some students find it worthwhile to attempt to smuggle those circular corn patties into the stadium for a good toss? Only time will tell.
