Report: FSU QB Jameis Winston investigated for alleged sexual assault
Florida State Seminoles quarterback Jameis Winston is under investigation for an alleged sexual assault, according to a report from TMZ.
The incident reportedly took place on Dec. 7, 2012 and a report was filed by a woman who claimed "the alleged sexual assault was committed with the use of 'physical force'".
According to TMZ, Winston has already been interviewed by police.
However, a look at this investigation requires further context. SB Nation posted a copy of the police report of the alleged sexual assault. In the report the suspect is listed as being between 5-foot-9 and 5-foot-11. Winston on the other hand is 6-foot-4.
Winston is expected to make a statement later Wednesday regarding the alleged incident.
