VIDEO: Georgia State coach Ron Hunter shares emotional moment with son R.J.
Despite hundreds of talented players, Georgia State coach Ron Hunter has been the star of the NCAA tournament. Saturday's game against Xavier was no different as he once again kept the cameras entertained.
The Panthers' coach famously tore his Achilles, and then later fell out of his seat after a game-winning shot by his son R.J. Hunter against Baylor in the Round of 64.
Following his team's 75-67 loss to Xavier on Saturday, the Hunters shared their final on-court embrace of the year:
With speculation that R.J. may be turning pro, it could be the last time the pair share a moment like this.
Earlier in the game, Hunter was up to his old tricks, being animated while sitting in his chair.
Coach Hunter really offers a wide range of emotions from the bench.
