NCAA Game Summary - Auburn at Texas A&M

College Station, TX (SportsNetwork.com) - KT Harrell had 20 points as the Auburn Tigers won 69-64 in a close one against the Texas A&M Aggies in an SEC showdown at Reed Arena.

Chris Denson finished with 19 points, while Asauhn Dixon-Tatum added 12, with each clearing seven boards for the Tigers (14-15, 6-12 SEC), who snapped a two-game losing skid.

Jamal Jones tallied 24 points while Alex Caruso logged 11 for the Aggies (17-14, 8-10), who have lost two straight contests.

Auburn shot 45.8 percent from the field and went 9-of-11 at the free-throw line in the opening frame, as it led 35-34 at the half. Texas A&M made 47.8 percent of its field goal attempts, including 6-of-14 from 3-point range.

The Tigers connected on 44.4 percent of their shots from the floor in the second period. Down one with 4:05 left, Auburn went on a 10-4 run to close out the game.

Auburn did a better job on the glass as it held a 35-25 rebounding advantage over the Aggies.
