Analysis:
Ross has missed the last two games with a left hand issue, and he'll now miss a third straight game, leaving the Raptors shorthanded on the wing with Kevin Durant in town. Normal Powell will likely be Ross' replacement, and he figures to spend considerable time matched up with Durant.
