Kobe unsure of watching 'too long' NBA games next season

It appears as though Kobe Bryant will put that year-long Netflix subscription to good use once he retires.

The "Black Mamba" said after Wednesday's loss to the Phoenix Suns that he's unsure of how many NBA games he'll watch next season.

"It's difficult for me to actually watch an entire game from start to end because the game is just too long," the Los Angeles Lakers veteran told Baxter Holmes from ESPN.

"It's too long. I just can't. It's true, though. The game is like five hours. In terms of what I'll be feeling emotionally, I don't know. I think I'll be at peace with that. I don't think there will be an itch or anything like that. I'll probably watch and talk to a lot of the players like I talk to them now. I think I'll be fine."

But Kobe confirmed that once he puts away his jersey, he has no plans to pull a comeback like Michael Jordan did.

"Michael and I are very different," explained Bryant. "We're very similar from a competition perspective and all that, but we're very, very different, so no."
