Stephen Curry returns for rematch vs. Thunder

The Chef is back.

After missing Tuesday's overtime nail-bitter against the Atlanta Hawks to nurse a sore ankle, Golden State Warriors point guard Stephen Curry will play Thursday against the Oklahoma City Thunder.

Sixth man Andre Iguodala, who also sat out Tuesday's game due to a hamstring injury, will also be available.

Curry, the league's leading scorer with over 30 points per contest, dropped 46 points against the Thunder last Saturday to help the Warriors escape with an overtime victory. His 37-footer to break a deadlock after 53 minutes served as the dagger.

His return brings stability back to the Warriors' offense, which struggled mightily to put up points against the Hawks in Curry's absence. Were it not for a miraculous split-legged three from Draymond Green, the Warriors' bid for a perfect run at home might have come to an end.

Instead, the Warriors' 43-game home win streak remains intact as they face a Thunder team reeling after two fourth-quarter meltdowns in the last six days.
