Toronto Raptors swingman Terrence Ross was ejected in the third quarter Wednesday against the Minnesota Timberwolves after picking up a double technical foul.
The contest between the Raps and Wolves became somewhat heated in the second half, and Ross was assessed two techs after arguing a call when he was whistled for a charge.
Long maligned by the Raptors' fan base, Ross has been steady of late, averaging 11.6 points on 51.2 percent shooting from the field in games since the calendar year began. That shooting number includes a near 44-percent mark from deep.
